You should be happy with product. There are always whiners. Many expect their nose to be blown for them. If they don't like a product and know of a better one, they should go there.

Quote.com tries to provide +700,000 symbols interfacing with data that pasts through many hands. Then they arrive at the operator desk, where configurations of his computer varies as much as all the colors of the world, because of a lack of understanding that owning a computer does not qualify one to operate it. A very hard job done well.

I have used about 3 other RT data vendors, none of which can compare to qcharts.Is it perfect? No. Do I know of any better product? No. Are any of the concerns I hear or see on this topic, important or valid to me? No.
