My interpretation of the conference call is that Frame Relay sales are steady and rising, ATM sales are slow and choppy, due to RBOC not buying, and AX sales are in limbo until they decide to kill it in favor of the Ascend product (TNT?). The government needs to allow the RBOCS to charge for system access or the telecom build-out, ADSL, and cable modems will happen very slowly, if at all. I also think we are seeing seasonal weakness in sales.wj
