Tideglide, You are only a couple of 'gators short of a Louisianna Swamp. Even now they force Hogger, Boris and a few others to carry their flag. I've carried a couple of flags in my life (wonder if you've ever taken anything upon your shoulders) and found that none of them really were ever rewarded. Therefore, I sure as hell am not carrying a flag for anyone except myself ... no feigned altruism, or care for the poor unwashed public who require the care and keeping of others, in the manner of the FBN'ers. Also, I post where I chose. If you really honestly deep down in your heart beleive that the FBN'ers are a totally unspotted group only caring for the public, that is your choice ... it makes you appear rather foolish to me. As to the matter of the 'forward looking statements' it is as Ted says, he only used in in self defense upon the suggestion of trusted counsel. That is prudent. Does it matter. Not only NO, but HELL NO. There are far too many chinks in the pinc armour to be concerned with something so trivial as the use a a standard disclaimer.
