Did the wirefraud-felon offer shares he will never issue, in exchange for cash that the HYIP-scam-lady will never have?

I would find a certain kind of moral justness in this arrangement if they were the only ones involved. But they aren't of course. There are also the individual investors who bought millions of shares of Hitsgalore after this arrangement was announced.
