Why immunize? Because certain diseases present danger, and because statistical analysis says that it's best to offset the dangers of natural infection with those, if any, ass'd with vaccination. I realize that you are concerned with the studies and whether or not they've looked at all relevant variables, and I think that's a valid way to think. I certainly lean way over to the "vaccinate" camp, but..... I think that you're expressing valid concerns and looking at behavioral issues that may have been overlooked.

The problem won't compound over generations. We're talking the lifespan of a given class of proteins, the half life of which is about 3 weeks. Immunized by [natural] infection or by vaccination, those molecules won't make it to child-bearing years.
