Eastfield has a history of price volatility going back 12 years and following a general pattern of low prices in the fall and winter and a spring - summer rebound. The 1999 hi-low prices were $0.28 and $0.08, a 3.5 times range. However, in 1998 and 1997, the high- low price ranges were much greater at 15 times. The 1998 range was $0.44 to $0.03 and the 1997 range was $0.90 to $0.06.

This is just a reminder that the contrarian pattern of winter buying and summer selling has been very successful in trading Eastfield, but I must remind you that past performance is no guarantee of future trading patterns.
