Doug, follow-up on your question re. valuation of NN now v. later --

IF NN drifts down, a delayed sale is a lose/lose for NN and and buyer. While a lower offer might suffice, the disintegrating entity would be less a prize. If NN is worth having by another company, it is most worth having NOW.

While attention was rightly focused on all those sales into weakness today, it is always interesting to speculate who might have been buying. Anyone notice good size chunks going by?
