Avante Technologies Inc - Avante subsidiary selected as vendor of the Home Depot Avante Technologies Inc AVQ Shares issued 16,475,891 1999-11-02 close $0.13 Tuesday Nov 2 1999 Mr. Neil Werfhorst reports ATI Manufacturing, a wholly owned subsidiary of Avante Technologies, has been selected as a vendor of the Home Depot in the United States. On Nov. 1, 1999, ATI received its vendor number which will allow the various Home Depot stores in its northwest division to order directly from ATI Manufacturing. On Nov. 1, 1999, the first purchase orders from the Home Depot in the United States were received. Orders have been received for the Desert Spring Power Humidifier from 13 stores located in the state of Colorado. Shipments will be made directly from Platte River Industries Inc., the company's assembly facility in Denver. Co-ordination of this account will be facilitated by Vista Sales, the company's Colorado agent. Avante Technologies looks forward to a mutually beneficial relationship between the company, ATI Manufacturing and the Home Depot.
