I have held THW in the past and despite having an award winning product, my concern was and is sales. I'm considering some bottom fishing here but am concerned about the balance sheet. Has anyone else had a look at it. The issuance of shares to repay debt sounds like a desperate move. Seeing that Columbia bailed out does not look positive either.
