Sheri, How about those in the U.S. public that think the best investment is a lottery ticket, re a recent poll Maybe most respondents misunderstood the question. I believe a lottery ticket offers the greatest ROI for a minimal investment.(Like the opportunity to win $100 MM for $1) However, I don't believe a lottery ticket is a "best" investment.
