NEED ADVICE - I need to get a new computer. I now have P1 - 133, about 3 years old. I need to get it from Dell, Micron, Gateway, etc. - need someone to call at 1:00am to get instant help if needed. We do word processing and a lot of net surfing for homework, research, news and SI. Do a little stock trading in my IRA as well. I also like to listen to music or radio while I do all this. Very little game playing except when my grandson is over. What should I get re: speed, memory, voice, modem, etc. Willing to spend between $1500 -$2000 including 17" (19" if possible) monitor. Also need your advice re: all in one printer ie, HP T-45. My wife sends several Fax per day and receives several. Please be specific because I plan to order over the net. Thanks for your help. JG |
