To Wayne, Lance, Kimberly, Tom, Topfuel and all my other buddies here on SI that were and still are willing to go the distance in a big way for sick kids on the holidays - I know we will find a place and way to do this project.

Last Thursday evening after midnight, I fired 5 emails to 5 people whom I respect most here on SI whom I feel can get a job done better than I could because they are born leaders, well respected here on SI and committed to excellence. When all five gave their absolute support for the First Annual Toy Drive for Cancer Kids early Friday morning - I knew I had come to the right place.

I completely support and am proud to be part of this team that is dedicated to making a difference for kids. I appreciate the back and forth conversations and suggestions that have taken place on this thread and the great things that people do. We will creatively find the right way to do it even if groups of people within the same communities pool their efforts. I will work hand-in-hand with everyone in NJ. That's my commitment! Something extraordinary is about to happen.
