Thanks Keith. That is what I thought was how we would benifit. If JDX has a $1.5 m investment in Medsite.com then it will be nice to find out exactly what portion of Medsite that will get us and how 'significantly lower' than the IPO price this investment comes in. The news on this would likely be released before the IPO is done I would think.
