Steve, Good point on CellPro suit - You are correct in noting that no lawsuit is like any other - Hang in their guys, the shareholders of Qdel will do ok (myself included)- I thought the earnings would be out in late April, 1997, but I just learned that, since they are year end earnings and an annual audit must be completed before their release, it will be more like mid May. This is nothing new-it happened last year and in prior years as well. The next month or so may be tough on the market generally and on Qdel holders in particular, but I still believe more strongly than ever that we will see very good quarterly and annual earnings come mid-May. I suspect the lawsuit will be resolved fairly quickly (within 1 year at the outside) and perhaps a whole lot quicker than that if it is settled. Also, unlike CellPro, Qdel is not a 1 product company- it has many other tests on the market and in development, most notably HP and influenza tests and its Safeplan product. None of these are affected by the lawsuit. BOB
