nihil and all **OTOT** On this fabulous trip to Rapa Nui, that I had waited 60 years for (yes, I was 6 when the bug to visit was planted in my head from paging through my father's Nelson's Perpetual Encyclopedia), I was fortunate to meet two of the key players of the Polynesian Voyaging Society's (PVS) sailing expedition to that remote island. While having lunch with my wife at 'a little grass shack' we met the following two people and I have included links to these 'movers and shakers':
Professor Ben Finney, Department of Anthropology, University of Hawaii Designer of sailing vessel Hokule'a, that sailed from Hawaii on June 15, 1999. Last leg of journey was made from Mangareva-to-Rapa Nui, Sept.15-Oct.8, 1999. www2.soc.hawaii.edu
also met
Filmmaker, Harvard trained anthropologist Sam Low, who sailed with the vessel and in charge of the crew & its safety theautochannel.com

I believe that the following links also points at endeavors by Sam Low: bigstar.com xensei.com
**** This four day extravaganza to Rapa Nui was truly worth waiting 60 years for and Lady Luck was with me in picking the exact flight dates to and from the enchanted island. I am a lucky fellow and the spiritual work that I performed on behalf of Intel, Microsoft and Cisco, are causing those stocks to soar!
