During July 1997, the Company authorized the private placement of 1,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock at a price of $2.50 per share. The Company sold a total of 129,994 shares and received $324,984 in cash from this private placement.http://www.tenkwizard.com/fil_submis.asp?iacc=998027&uid=32374574&mode=&g= Aric, ZSUN's accountant has made a blunder. As you know the ZSUN 8 and the SEC have a copy of the offering memorandum, letters and statments showing this was not a private placement at all. Does anyone have a fax number for Jones and Jensen so I can send it to them. Maybe they can explain it.
