LP No it will NOT, I am against rollbacks.
Property Mineral Rights Along with Access to the Property
John MDHM owns the mineral rights as I understand it, is that correct?
LP Yes it is
John Generally mineral rights and access are two separate issues, do you have access.

the Doppler Situation
John Basically you have retained Doppler to help write a report with regard to the company as an outsider. I have no problem that he was paid......... however I have a problem with the following statement in his report,
"news will be released in a few days", Les that was way back at the begining of September and we have seen Jack $hit.
You people hung Doppler out to dry, Medinah signed off on the report's content agreeing with this statement and DID NOT FOLLOW through.
You hung the guy out to dry????????

Very little else was said, no excuses were offered by Les P as to my statements above other then he agreed with me regarding Doppler. Les accepted the responsibility.
One other question came up in regards to the Doppler report regarding the touting of this huge short position that may exist............................
so why don't we wonder over to the ................
SHORT POSITION
JOHN First thing I did was to call Bull Chit to this theory. I told Les that I did not believe this and that I would like to see the forensic audit that your company performed, that is if you actually performed one.
I got no offers to see it.
I suggested to Les to abandon this theory and move on. MDHM or any other company that tout's a huge short position with a short squeese coming on the horizon is like waving a red flag for me.
Besides that Les who would in there right mind........

JOHN Exactly he would have to be crazy. Les I do not short stocks the risk is far too great, if I buy a 30 cent stock I can lose 30 cents that I know that going in, if I short it I could end up losing everything.
LP Yes the risk is too great and I also do not short stock.
John Well Les I am sure there is some short position what do you think it is?
LP It fluctuates, probably between 10 and 15 million.
John Well that is a far cry from the 20 to 30 million that has been rumored. Why do you as MDHM management care about the short position? Frankly, I don't if you got the goods the shorts will have to eventually cover.
LP Well our concern has been for Medinah Gold shareholders and them getting their certs>
John Well this may seem cold, but I think these boys should be able to deal with their brokers to get what is rightfully their's.
This was a very difficult touchy subject. I did receive huge denials to my comments or the fact that I called Bull Chit to the short theory........... and I certainly got know offer of seeing the forensic audit.
Drilling Program
I will just make some comments here.
I asked the following questions,
Will there be someone other then G House supervising the drilling, logging the core and having chain of custody for the core to the assay lab etc etc.
LP Yes A C Howe
Will the DEEP holes be sunk before Xmas or will it happen after the New Year because of the holidays.
Well guys there was news today re that, my feelings are they may get started with deep drilling but it likely will not be completed before the end of January. Personally I expect drill results no sooner then March (that's a guess and feeling I have).
Regarding funding by a MAJOR mutual fund, well my comments to Les were that NO major is going to fund this company until they see the DEEP holes.
I got no argument.
Enough all ready, the meeting was pleasant.
Would I put a buy reco on this stock,
NOPE hold at best, jury is out waiting to see the evidence from the deep ones
Now to go practice some putting or as golfers would say, practice the short strokes LOL.

Les may have a different slant on the meeting. After discussing these with him I may stand corrected on what was said. I would be prepared to correct these opposing view points publicly on these forums as I wrote this from memory, I took virtually no notes. |
