I am not an idiot and I know that breaking the $5 collar does not end the deal. You do remember right about the 15 days but the fact remains that the collar was broken withink a week of announcing the deal. I think that is significant.

Whatever, everybody here thinks the merger is going through and will not even acknowledge the fact that it might not. So, I will just keep quiet and wait until after the time has passed.
