jay...welcome aboard our board. You asked some GREAT questions. I'm looking forward to the responses as well. as far as 'hiring an ex-school teacher for IR, I agree that someone with a more techincal background may be more informative, but, to me, communication skill is paramount to being an effective IR person...most of the techies I know and work with are socially challenged :>) HOWEVER... I do agree that more significant disclosure of non-propriatry technical information would be quite benificial for all of us. dave
