"Innocent until proved guilty" is a motto of criminal trial law, not of life. In criminal trials, the prosecution must "prove" the defendant guilty of the crime, irrespective of whether the defendant actually committed the crime.

But in life, if Clinton actually raped a woman, he is a rapist by definition. The fact that he has never denied the accusation by Broaddrick leads many to believe that he is indeed a rapist.
