TM and other NN officers dare not make any public comments of any nature whatsoever re Alan Lutz for fear of a wrongful dismissal lawsuit.

I would expect some very strong contractual commitments on both sides with very strong penalties for any violation.

As well when given the opportunity he did not even thank
Alan Lutz for all his hard work over the past year.


That doesn't change the impression, if not the fact, that Alan Lutz presided over the transformation of NN from a technology company to one which also realized that Marketing and Sales were processes it had yet to master. And he did make solid progress in establishing a rapport with the Analyst community.

But the fact remains, NN's estimates / guidance to the street still sucks.

Its technology and growth may be wonderful; and IMO, will lead to both earnings and stock price growth. In the meantime, the bears get to make a few dollars too.
