Dear Sonki: It was on the proxy statement you received recently. I just forgot the exact dates but it was something like 11/12 (or whenever the shareholder meeting is taking place) for the effective date with the actual split occurring early in December. I seem to remember 12/4 but not sure of that. Incidentally, this time it is NOT a split but a stock dividend. ie you will receive one share for each share you own on the effective date. JDN
