Yea, maybe. This bad boy is notorious for filling in the gaps. Now what I'm not saying is that it is going to stay there but that it may go there if only for a short bust before it moves to the next levels. The Williams % indicates that and that has been a pretty accurate indicator if you look at the historicals.

Now that is not saying that if news comes out and continues to be good to exceptional then the indicators don't really mean too much at this time. The news or expectation of news will always over shadow all T/As on a temporary basis but in the end the T/As will rule.;-)))))If you know what I mean???

So todays news and seeings that it came out early before the bell, tells me that someone is expecting this to have a very positive effect on the market today. JMHO. We shall see if the strategy works.
