David Great news...I mentioned a long time ago that when I talked with the CFO he said they wanted to do one more financing and announce some deals before the IPO. Well the financing is now done and the deals have been announced. I think you are right that this is the tune up before the IPO. The list on names that took done PP's in Medsite.com is like a who's who of VC firms. I bet we see more write ups like the CBS on the other day as the date gets closer. From the Streetwire Article: Mr. Graham could not say what share of the company is owned by Jordex, but he indicated that the percentage was already set. Which means that the chunk we have is not diluted by this recent PP. Best Regards KEITH
