AJ,

I think your call on the short covering might of been a little premature. If you look at the short position as of 10/15 and the trading volume since, it is unlikely they have been able to cover all their position and move on. Keep in mind that on nasdaq stocks you must cut the volume in half to approximate market maker activity. I would think many have covered but there might be some die hards digging in or hiding out in concrete bunkers. Lets see where it stands when the numbers come out again in three weeks.

The company got in front of a bunch of folks at a Deutsche Bank Alex Brown conference earlier this week down in Baltimore. From what I heard it went well and the stock continues to trade up here.

In any case the quarter was stellar IMO.

Stock is up almost $10 points since Herb's piece. Was this a Rocker pick Herbie? Might want to update their track record in your column. Or at least recap the quarter for us. How bout a special intra-day note Herb?

Poor Mr Hoelting. All this crap made his life so miserable he had to quit IR and get into the marketing side of the business. LOL! Does it pay better? He deserves combat pay.
