From Bonds Online:

Half a point? The Bank of England and the European Central bank (ECB) will conduct monetary policy meetings on Thursday. The Bank of England is expected to raise rates by 50 basis points. The ECB may potentially wait to see what the Fed does at its meeting on November 16th. Regardless of the timing, the trend for European interest rates is higher.

The market is eagerly awaiting the unemployment data on Friday. We are hoping the average hourly earnings component will confirm the benign inflation outlook that last weeks data depicted. The market could struggle if it does not.
