Dave, I feel good about my recent purchase at 11.5 . Not so good about initial purchase at 24 or first follow-up at 16. I generally buy and hold average holding period is probably about 2 years. If I hold for less time its usually because stock moved the wrong way and I want to reduce my tax bill. My current read on this stock is that it has been unjustly punished and will recover by midyear '00. I think you could be right about year-end tax selling. I too will keep an eye on additional buy opps.
