Hi Bob, you might have a better chance if you post this to the various threads, it's a good idea. Most of the issues affect all the companoes in a similar way. On patent, this doesn't guarantee anything. I think it would be very difficult for them to block development by other companies, I can almost guarantee that exchange of patents will occur. That said Motorola do very well out of certain patents and it a patent in better than no patent. cheers E
