I couldn't sleep this morning so I decided to put in an electric baseboard heater in one of our bathrooms... Anyway... My circuit tester wasn't reading 240 volts like it should have been. the Power was on... Wires hooked up and all.. Anyway. I had my left thum on the metal case and the white wire touched it.... now my thumbnail is very black... Oweeeee!
