NEON - dropped like a rock for some reason... IMO it's another shakeout, fishing out the stop orders... I'm holding... installing a buy stop at 36 1/2. DIGL - had a shakeout early and now back on track. Shakeout happening sporadically all over... sign of more good things to come IMO, but don't get complacent. SF
