Thanks, Richard, for re-posting the release.

The deal did not fall through because of the actual purchase price, as I understand it. That deadline was still June. The funds being raised (not!) were to acquire the DMS.

Now, were we misled or is it just me? The recent turn of events don't seem to jive with the release. The release does not indicate in any way the property acquisition was conditional upon getting the DMS. I was not concerned about STS raising $600,000 by June. But did we know that a much larger sum had to come from somewhere sooner than that? The earlier release says the DMS MAY be purchased, SUBJECT TO financing. To me that makes it sound like it might happen or it might not. It doesn't sound like it HAD to happen or our shares would turn to dust.

Did the Company know that this DMS financing was that critical? For how long did they know? Were we informed? (Before the halt, I mean--when we still would have had a chance to get out with at least half our original investment?)

Grieving--Stage 2: Anger. I'm there.
