I agree with your take on most of the juniors especially if we have an economic softening. There are a few that are starting to become fairly priced..especially those with no debt, lots of cash to share with the stockholder through investment or dividends, and are not buying back their stocks.

Have you thought about stagflation lately? It looks like we are seeing this phenomena in the short term.
