Claude I was just quoting the Streetwire article. The exact ownership of JDX won't been out until Medsite.com puts out their S1's. However I think we are concentrating to much on the Medsite.com deal. JDX has enough cash to do 13 more deals of the same size of medsite.com. ($1.5 million each). When they start release deals left and right that are of similar quality to Medsite.com I don't we will all be as fixated on Medsite.com as we are now (myself included). Best Regards KEITH
