Well said Lee, and no real disagreement from this one shareholder, but cash actually won, especially if eventually and substantially beyond fees, would go a long way towards fueling the Ampex backburners ... which are many. And could even get their cash position within range of actually paying off that 70mil. in preferred outstanding without any dilution. If they so desired, though of course we would all rather see them converted at 30 bucks a share or higher. Far from life and death to the company, but I think it is very important that they don't actually end up losing money from all of these legal efforts.
