I like that. I prefer it, as you seem to do. To me, it's a good Doc when they admit your situation. You know? Instead of "Well, it could be worse." Or something. I always want to say, "It could be better. I could be outside asleep on the grass, duckface."
I got a lot of standard answers when I had cancer. Then every once in a while, someone would say, "Well, that's really fukt, isn't it."
I felt better then. Like we were communicating. Then I could immediately forget about it.
