I think you might be mistaken about this, but I can't be sure. However, I'm almost certain that Nintendo won't be using DDR SDRAM, at least not the kind of DDR that is being pushed by the anti-Rambus coalition.

In any case, there's still Sony Playstation II which will have two RDRAM chips, each on its own channel. And this system will be debuting in Japan around March 2000 at a price just over $300.
