BAOA forward event is the "Empowerment Zone" loan approval. Time line is unknown, but apparently they were waiting on the soils report to clear and it has been posted that it has cleared. Also saw a post that a sign is already painted and going up soon (for what that's worth). Also a rumor that a group of lawyers are accumulating. If and when they put out a PR that the loan has been approved this one should fly since the had $120M in contracts already. This is obviously a risky business but with a "guaranteed" loan and contracts already signed, this seems to be a good gamble at the current price.
