I wouldn't blow the whole wad at once, buy some now, then watch it, sort term we could very well sell off with the Fed coming back into the picture. By not putting it all in at once, you will have money left to buy if it sells off. Long term Q will be 100 after it splits. I like to average up myself, almost never average down. I view averaging down as throwing good money after bad, but some stocks are worthy of averaging down and QCOM is one of those stocks.
