Did you notice how the press release (#reply-11780177) doesn't mention the name of any brokerages handling the supposed IPO? Also, they aren't listed with other IPOs on ipocentral.com . Maybe it's a new plan to issue a bunch of shares, dilute the stock, and call it an IPO!
