TM built the company to two billion. Lutz almost destroyed the place with his absolute lack of any leadership ability. Matthews will do what it takes to rebuild NN to strength by putting the focus on the core business while leveraging the customer base. He did it before and knows how to put in place the right people and attitude. The new COO has a very positive image with employees and has delivered well in Europe. I'm bullish.
