I don.t have any info but was wondering if these dates mentioned in the latest report at Stockhouse have significance regarding Nasdaq listing. I don't know and if so wouldn't it be the smallcap?

3.13 as at July 30, 1999, the aggregate market value of the Applicant's Equity Securities calculated in accordance
with NP 47 was $265,124,622.15 (based on an average closing trading price for the month of July of $7.83). The
closing price for the Applicant's Common Shares for the month of July, 1999 has ranged from $6.15 to $7.10 per
share;

3.14 as at August 31, 1999, the aggregate market value of the Corporation's Equity Securities calculated in
accordance with NP 47 was $224,389,167.64 (based on an average closing trading price for the month of August of
$6.61). The closing price for the Applicant's Common Shares for the month of August, 1999 has ranged from $6.15
to $7.10 per share;

3.15 the Applicant would be eligible to be part of the POP System if the market value of its Equity Securities was
calculated as of July 30, 1999 or August 31, 1999;
