This is a quote from that link. I am curious why he can be ruled out. I am by no means suggesting that he is involved. I just suppose that he may have been with his son on Staten Island, but being there is not the only way he could have been involved. Maybe there is another reason he can be eliminated as a suspect, perhaps?
