I believe I said "enlighten everyone" not just me. Sorry that your eyesight or reading is so bad. Surely all would love to learn something like how to pick a target on a buyout from a takeover specialist like yourself, and why one should keep moving that target price up as the buyee trades higher. After all you may go on a real vacation someday or throw a tantrum and leave SI for a month or two, and people here wouldn't know when they're paying too much for a takeover, not knowing what kind of premium it should command.
