Mike, As I understand it from Dave, Kennecot (a major company) was already in the process of drilling this claim before CVR/GUD bought out EMK Corp. (Eckhardt M. Koppen). This can be varified by looking at the last news release dated March 25 1997. The release does not identify Kennecot but IR do. Per release "One of these properties is currently being drilled with high expectations". CVR/GUD owns a pecentage of this JV. In addition to this property there are 17 more which a number of junior and major mining companies are interested in. I believe that Minera Cosalteca is the other partner in these properties. This is the part I'm not sure of. We'll have to watch to see if Kennecot found anything. If they have than we'll be smiling. Happy Days Andy
