Checked out IR and they confirmed everything- the dismantling of the Rio Sono production plant. Since pvf needs EIS approval and the length of time for the gov't to process it is unknown, it may well be a 6-12 months before it is in operation. this means to me that cnb price will not be really affected until WAWA but the newly moved production plant is or will be soon in operation; thus pvf share price will increase sooner. anyone can add or interject?? rc
