George: Re Thompson I-Watch .... all I can say is that I've followed this thread for quite a while and whenever anyone has mentioned that Thompson indicates that there's institutional buying in CPQ, the stock price moves in the opposite direction. Either Thompson is not being interpreted correctly or it's WRONG!

The only reason that makes any sense to me as to why CPQ can't get out of it's own way, is the old (but true) story that investors are chasing fewer and fewer stocks. Some sectors aren't even being bought at all, but if they are, only the very best companies (fundamentals) within those sectors need apply. That automatically leaves CPQ out in the cold. MOMOs far outweigh bottom fishers in this Market.

IBD A/D rating on CPQ is a miserable D. RS is a crummy 14.
