They have lots of time. I don't think they will need
it, because they should have it out by turkey day I
would think. I believe it is one reason for us not
being at higher levels. But when we do get the forms
filed, we should see a different stock IMO. At higher
levels. MUCH higher then today! I don't know who
was selling, but I know a few who were buying up all
they could. Me included. ;^)

Anyway, look for more news along with the form 10 filing
this month! Go QTEK! <gg>
