I think it's time to lay your denial aside and admit that the market is adjusting to the prospect of a lower-rate environment. If there is urgency in the market to cover short positions or become invested, that's all a very natural, noisy, dynamic process.

Shake your head all you want, call in the speed police, but this isn't madness.
