Herb, VIXL up 2 7/8 on the day. I wouldn't say that is a negative move to the news. VIXL is going past $30 easy, the sellers are gone and the shorts will have to cover (if they truly are short). I have a sell order for $40 and hope to cancel it if it gets there with some strength. It will gain all it lost and then some. Good luck and God Bless.
