Received a reply from Robert Bailey ,MCF Investor relations regarding latest news release -- >>>The purpose of Microforum's recent filing with the Alberta Securities Commission is to receive approval so they only need to file a short form prospectus in the future if they engage in any financing that includes Alberta investors. This filing is expected to be made for other jurisdictions in Canada as well. They were not qualified to make this application until recently. Once this filing is approved, for each jurisdiction they apply to, it would facilitate a shorter prospectus processing time for future financings involving investors in the given jurisdiction.<<<< I hope that clears it up for everyone Regards Tony P.S Looks like their getting their ducks lined up for more financing ,aquisitions ???
